The Muller Thurgau wine from Kofererhof originates from several parcels scattered throughout South Tyrol, at a variable altitude between 600 and 800 meters above sea level. We find ourselves in a terroir characterized by light and sandy subsoil, rich in slate and granite, components that release good minerality to the final wine. The grapes, after manual harvesting, are destemmed and the selected berries are gently pressed. The must obtained ferments in stainless steel tanks, containers in which the wine remains to stabilize for a few months while waiting to be bottled and put on the market.

The Muller Thurgau Kofererhof presents itself to the eye with a brilliant color, reminiscent of the shade of straw yellow. Elegant and fascinating is the olfactory profile, which translates into emotion touches of fruit alternated with hints of aromatic herbs. It enters the mouth with a smooth and linear sip, which consistently presents a changing taste between fruity and savory. It finishes with a good persistent finale.
