Pure Viognier is worked in wood to increase the aromatic profile of the bottle, which in addition to typical varietal scents, can then offer more tertiary sensations endowed with a particular complexity. "La Doriane" Condrieu from Guigal originates from pure Viognier grapes grown within several parcels scattered throughout the Condrieu AOC within the Rhone Valley. The grapes obtained from the destemming of the clusters are gently pressed, and the resulting must ferments in oak barrels, where malolactic fermentation also takes place. The final stage of ageing has a total duration of 8 months in small oak barrels. At the end of this period, the winery proceeds with bottling and marketing operations.

Guigal's Condrieu "La Doriane" announces itself to the eye with a bright and brilliant colour, recalling the golden yellow hue. The nose turns out to be enveloped in a range of intense notes, bringing back flowers and fruit, highlighting a particular aromatic verve and tertiary references on the finish of the olfactory analysis.
