La Vis Winery cultivates Pinot Grigio vines in the Lavis and Gardolo areas, on sandy-loam soils originating from the deposits of the Avisio and from the alluvial sediments of the Adige river at an altitude of 270 meters above sea level with a southwest exposure. The vines are planted in Trentino pergola with a density of 4500 plants per hectare and are managed under organic farming practices. At harvest,The manual of grapes is followed by a soft pressing and a static decantation of the must. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, and the wine then matures in steel on the fine lees for 5\/6 months before bottling.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eToday, Pinot Grigio is one of the most loved wines in the world, known for its soft and harmonious character and its expressive immediacy.
