Founded in 1950, Cavit is able to offer a range of labels that express the best excellences of the region. The grapes come from Nosiola vineyards located in a hilly area, at an altitude of about 350 meters above sea level, in the Monte Calavino area, characterized by rather deep soils, consisting of calcareous-clay marls. The vines are cultivated on Trentino pergolas, on small \u003cstrong\u003eterraces supported by dry stone walls\u003c\/strong\u003e, which outline the stepped profile of the steep slope of the mountain. The vines are over 30 years old and produce, with low yields, high-quality grapes. The best bunches undergo a brief cold maceration in the press, before being softly crushed. The free-run must ferments in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, and the wine matures, still in steel, for about six months before being bottled.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThe Nosiola \"Conzal\" wine by Cavit is the most representative white of Trentino.
