In addition to the wild thistle, for the production of Gin are used aromatic herbs, citrus spices and juniper. In the glass is transparent and crystalline, with particularly delicate, fresh and subtle aromas, reminiscent of the fragrance of freshly picked Sicilian citrus, the freshness of wild fennel, the herbs of the Mediterranean, the slightly bitter notes of artichoke, spices and the balsamic background of juniper.
