The bunches, coming from Guyot-trained vineyards located in the areas surrounding Verona and the Val d'Alpone, are selected manually during the harvest. It is followed by a maceration of about 3 hours, and the grapes ferment at a controlled temperature of 14-16 degrees in steel containers. The aging takes place for \u003cstrong\u003e6 months in oak barrels\u003c\/strong\u003e, after which the wine is ready to be bottled and marketed.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThis Chardonnay made by the Giannitessari winery presents itself visually with a typically straw-yellow color.
