The winery is a family-run business, owning about 20 hectares of vineyards, which has become, in just a few years since its inception, an undisputed symbol of the territory thanks to the foresight, love, and dedication of its founder, Matteo Correggia.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe Roero Arneis from Correggia is produced with carefully selected grapes that are exclusively hand-picked towards the beginning of September. The bunches, brought to the winery, undergo soft pressing and then undergo alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel containers at controlled temperature.controlled for a few weeks. This is followed by the racking after which the wine remains in aging \u003cstrong\u003ein steel containers for at least 6 months\u003c\/strong\u003e before being ready for marketing.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe Roero Arneis from the Matteo Correggia winery presents itself with a pale straw yellow color with slight greenish hues.
